Miss Nita was a very devoted mother, Granny, Auntie, Niece, Cousin and sweet, out-of-control friend. We went to school with Brooke and Brandon (Waine) and have always been close. To the family, we want to thank you for sharing Miss Nita with us. She was "Mama Nita" to us and we will miss her hollerin at us and always glad to see us. She had a special way of blending in with any crowd and kept it poppin and real. Most of all, she loved the Lord, her family and Mr. Charles with every ounce of her being as well as being a loyal friend. God's blessed peace to her soul and His everlasting arms will wrap around her family.
Always here for you,
Loe & Nee

My friend...you ran on ahead and closed the door behind you Sunday morning. You didn't come downstairs to say "bye, *****!" or go up the stairs telling me "hey! Chile... I'm so tired." Instead...you just went into the "upper room" that we can't come to till it's door opens for us. Thank you for always being the realest, bestest, down-to-earth friend who could make anybody laugh and turn a bad day into a sunshine day! I'm going to miss you, Nita Bug. My kids will too! You was Miss Nita and always cared about them. Thank you baby girl. Rest easy and know that you will ALWAYS be a part of our hearts. Every single day. We love your 2 kids, Waine & Brooke ..Miss Dorothy and your siblings too. You... have a great family!
Lovingly submitted:Trena, Tonya & Clarence
