Funeral services for Andrew Glenn Lively, 58 of Palestine, will be held 2:00 PM Monday, November 21, 2016, at Broyles Chapel Baptist Church, with Rev. Walter Pickens, Rev. Max Martin, and Rev. Michael Lumpkins officiating. Burial will follow in Chambers Day Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Bailey & Foster Palestine.
Mr. Lively passed away Saturday, November 19, 2016, at his home. He was born July 2, 1958, in Houston, Texas to Elvis O. Lively and Carol Potter Lively. He was a self employed painter for thirty-five years. He enjoyed Karaoke, camping, fishing, and spending time with his mother, daughters and grandkids. He was a member of Broyles Chapel Baptist Church.
Mr. Lively was preceded in death by his father, sister, Betty Nordstrom, brother Duane Lively. He is survived by his mother Carol Lively of Palestine, daughters; Stephanie Norris and husband Charles of Oakwood, Amber Cox and husband Larry of Chandler, sisters; Thelma Griffin and Shirley Porter, brothers Raymond Lively of Elkhart, sister-in-law Connie Lively of Elkhart, six grandchildren, and one great grandchild.
Pallbearers will be Norman Hutchingson, Devin Gray, Lynn Vaughan, Marc Majors, Charles Norris, Larry Cox, and James Pike.
Condolence calls will be received from 4:00 to 6:00 PM Sunday, November 20, 2016, at Bailey & Foster Funeral Home.
