A joint memorial service will be held at Rhone Memorial Chapel on Wednesday, April 26, 2017, at 2:00 p.m. for wife and husband, Bille Wagnon and Keith Wagnon, both of Palestine, Texas. Bro. Jimmy Martin will be officiating. They passed away just days apart; Mrs. Wagnon on April 19, 2017 and Mr. Wagnon on April 23, 2017.
Billemarie Irene Wagnon, age 67, was born in Denver, Colorado on February 18, 1950 to Willie E. and Katherine Martin. Bille loved the ocean, loved to travel, and loved her dogs. She enjoyed flower gardening and shopping. Bille loved her family utterly, and was extremely proud of her husband, daughter, son-in-law Jason, and triplet grand-daughters. She was preceded in death by her parents, Willie and Katherine Martin and her sister, Sheree Martin.
Keith Wagnon, age 69, was born in Seattle, Washington on September 22, 1947 to Ronnie Wagnon and Margaret Rawson Wagnon. Keith was an avid outdoorsman who loved to shoot guns, fish, hunt, and raise cattle. He also loved to ride motorcycles. Keith was preceded in death by his parents, Ronnie and Margaret Rawson Wagnon.
Keith and Bille were married for 50 years. They enjoyed each other's hobbies and spent most of their time doing things together. As much as they loved their hobbies, they loved their family more. Bille was a retired Laundry Manager from the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Powledge Unit. Keith was a retired Laundry Manager from the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Beto 1 Unit.
Keith and Bille are survived by their daughter, Angela Shepherd and husband Jason of Palestine, Texas; adopted daughter, Angela Shepherd and husband Jerry of Texarkana; 3 grand-daughters, Hannah Dugger, Emma Dugger, and Jamie Dugger, all of Palestine; and cousins, Gerry and Linda Rawlinson of Palestine, Texas as well as numerous friends.
