Palestine, Texas - Bonnie Ruth Garner Woodard Oliver passed away on November 30, 2025 at the age of 93. She was a mother, grandmother, great- and great-great grandmother, aunt, sister, and friend.

Bonnie was born on December 28, 1931 to Marion Dewitt Garner and Jessie Trueheart Wilson Garner. She was 1 of 9 children. She married Wylie Woodard and had 2 daughters, Debra, husband Dale Handorf and Brenda, husband Brad Watson. After Wylie's death she married Charles Butler (CB) Oliver. They had 1 daughter Beverly, husband Tommy Richmond. She was also blessed with Charles' children: Sherry, husband Bill Brown and Rodney Oliver.

She was a member of Memory Lane Missionary Baptist Church in Palestine, Texas.

She was preceded in death by her parents, both husbands, step-son Rodney, sisters: Lois Garner Cowan, Virginia Ellen Garner Binger, Wanda Carolyn Garner James, and brothers: Roy Dewitt Garner, Cletus Cordell Garner, Clinton Ray Garner. She is survived by her daughters Sherry Brown, Debra Handorf, Brenda Watson, and Beverly Oliver, 9 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren. Very soon she will have another great grandchild and 2 great-great grandchildren. She is also survived by a brother Nolan Arnold Garner, sister Audrey Guinell Garner Comstock and many nieces and nephews.

Services for Bonnie Oliver will be held Thursday, December 4, at 10:00 at the Bailey & Foster Chapel with Bro. Justin Bachman and Brady Watson (grandson) officiating. Burial will follow in Roselawn Park. A visitation will be held Wednesday evening from 5:00-7:00 PM at Bailey Foster Funeral Home.

Serving as pallbearers will be grandsons: Travis Richmond, Scott Handorf; great-grandsons Karter Moore, Ryan Gray, Dustin Handorf, Justin Handorf; grandsons-in-law: Matt Gray, Jason Moore, Tyler Downing, Trent Godsey.
