Palestine, Texas - It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Gloria Davis on May 16, 2025. She is survived by her husband of 61 years, James R. ( Jim ) Davis, her three children- James Todd Davis & wife Tanya, Tracy Lee Davis and Melissa Ann Arellano & husband Kevin ; her six grandchildren who affectionately called her Nana- Alexa Cooper & husband Lee , Laney Diane Davis, Andrew Davis and wife Alyssa , Camryn Davis, Makayla Arellano and Nicholas Arellano plus Brothers in Law- John Davis & wife Olga and Stephen Davis; Sister in Law- Elisabeth Ann Rothenberg & husband, Harvey, plus multiple step brothers, sister, cousins and friends, etc.

Gloria was a kind and gentle lady who loved to travel with Jim whether for business or pleasure. Cruising, Maui whale watching and summering in the Colorado Mountains were her favorite pastimes. She also loved the wine country areas of California and Europe but most of all loved being with and entertaining family. She will be missed by all!
