Ruby Roberson "Bigmamma". Services for Ruby Roberson "Bigmamma" will be at 10:00 A.M. Friday at Bailey & Foster Chapel with Rev. Jack Smith, Jr. officiating. Burial will follow in Roselawn Park. Arrangements are under the direction of Bailey & Foster.. Mrs. Roberson died Sunday at her residence. She was born June 21, 1920 in Leon County to Will Thompson and Julia Gauge Thompson. Mrs. Roberson was a seamstress and worked for the garment factory.. Mrs. Roberson was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Harvie Roberson in 1986, a son Eugene Roberson, daughters, Bonnie Gauthier, and Bernice Nichols, a granddaughter Sarah Roberson, brothers Tommy Thompson, Bill Thompson, and J.W. Thompson, and sisters Maeola Owen and Lorene Watson. She is survived by her daughter Darlene Killough, a son Harold Roberson and wife Toni, brothers, John Thompson and wife Vera, Vernon Thompson and wife Wanda, grandchildren Viciki Therrell and husband Daniel, Eddie Sinclair, Jr, Ricky Killough and wife Lillie, Cynthia Alverson and husband Scott, Michael Killough and wife Tammie, Jeremy Roberson and wife Tracie, Maranda Shanks, DeWayne Totten and wife Chelsea and Jordan Roberson, twenty great grandchildren, nine great great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.. Pallbearers will be Eddie Sinclair, Jr., Ricky Killough, Michael Killough, Dewayne Totten, Jordan Roberson, Jim Kinsey. Honorary pallbearers Darrell Douglass and Daniel Therrall..
