Elkhart, Texas - Timothy Louis Starr, age 67, was a kind and humble man who lived a simple life, centered around faith, family, and friendship. Born on August 18, 1957, in Palestine, Texas, he was known for his love of fishing, grilling, and spending time with the people he cared about most—his family and friends who were truly one and the same.
He is survived by his daughters, Elizabeth Starr and Tonia Mitchell; the love of his life, Yulonda Starr; and their bonus children, Thomas, Draven, McKayla and sister Erika. He deeply cherished his 13 grandchildren.
A proud deacon of Pilgrim Church in Elkhart, Timothy served faithfully for many years alongside David and Randy Camp. He loved God, his family, and his community—and lived every day as a reflection of that love.
